The folks at Big Village are putting on a mega party/fundraiser for the Gareth Ivory Foundation.

On the night will be an all star cast of Sydney’s finest Hip Hop acts including Dirtbox Kings, Backyard Lab, True Vibenation, Benji(PK CREW), Jeswon, MC Gabi, Mute MC, Periskope, Scott Burns, Swarmy, Herb, Dialectrix, Daily Meds, Rumpunch & DJ’s Jack Prest & Luke Presto.

Hosted By P Smurf (what up mate?) the jam kicks off at 8pm September 4th @ The Sando 387 King St Newtown Sydney. Entry is $10 & it is for a good cause plus you’ll get to see Sydney’s finest rippin up the stage.

The Dirtbox Kings are now in the final stages of mixing & mastering their new album “Explosive Force: …A Mixtape ?” due to drop in the next couple of months.

In the meantime, here’s a new track dedicated to the Hip Hop DJ entitled “1200 Brothers”.

This friday the 27/11/09 at Beach Rd Hotel Bondi Beach the bomb is officially dropped as the Legends of Local Hip Hop Def Wish Cast along with the Dirtbox Kings hit the stage for an all out assault on your senses.

Def Wish Cast have a new live show incorporating Thomas Rock on live Vocoder and live 808 drum machine and MPC. The Robotech B Boys will gettin down as well and blessing the dance floor during the DWC set.
The Dirtbox Kings will be  supporting and performing tracks off their new album & rockin some live breaks tracks (basically decks, old breaks & even older M.C.’s)

So come on down cause it’s free stupid, &  keep ya drugs at home cause there’s more sniffer dogs there than the Bangkok airport. Peace.
